Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, request a Photo Check or ask about our fixed-price styling packages.

Who is responsible

Styled & Booked is the controller of the personal data described here. We are based in Prague and provide on-site styling across all EU countries. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@styledandbooked.com.

What we collect

Our forms collect your name, email address, listing URL, property city, any property size and package preference you select, your notes and your consent to be contacted. If you email us, we also receive the message and any attachments you choose to send. Please avoid including guest information or other sensitive personal details.

Required fields let us assess and answer your request; without them we may be unable to provide a Photo Check. Optional fields help us understand your property. Hosting infrastructure also processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, browser information and request times, to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use your data

We use your details to respond to Photo Checks and package inquiries, discuss your property and prepare requested quotes. Steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and providing an agreed service, rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

Where we rely on your consent to contact you, the basis is Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Website security and aggregate usage and performance measurement serve our legitimate interests in running a secure, useful website (Article 6(1)(f)). Records required by law are processed under Article 6(1)(c). We do not sell your data or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Hosting, forms and email

Vercel hosts this website and processes requests and technical logs. When our form delivery service is configured, submissions are sent through Formspree for delivery to us. Otherwise, the form opens your email application with a prepared message; you must send that message to complete your request. Your email provider and ours process messages as part of delivery and storage.

Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers must use a valid GDPR mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your request. You can read the Vercel privacy notice and Formspree privacy policy.

Cookieless analytics and performance

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and Speed Insights to measure loading and responsiveness. These tools do not use cookies and are designed to provide anonymous statistics without identifying individual visitors. Measurements include pages visited, referrers, browser and device type, country and performance timings. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses or custom personal-data events to these tools. Please do not put personal details in website URLs.

Vercel describes its data handling in the Web Analytics privacy documentation and Speed Insights privacy documentation.

How long we keep data

We keep inquiry details and correspondence only as long as needed to answer your request and handle related follow-up. If you become a client, relevant correspondence forms part of the service record. We retain records longer only where required for legal, accounting or tax obligations, or to establish or defend legal claims, and delete or anonymise them when those reasons no longer apply. Provider logs and aggregate measurements follow the relevant provider's retention settings and policies.

Your rights and how to contact us

Under the GDPR, you can request access to and a copy of your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR.

Send requests to hello@styledandbooked.com. We may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month. You can also complain to your local EU data protection authority or the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
